The plot is sized 3777 m2. It is located within the limits of the village of Tyullenovo, Shabla disctrict, Dobrich region in north-eastern Bulgaria. Being situated in the urban-like part of the village, electricity and water are to be found in the immediate vicinity of it /approximately 5 - 6 meters/. Constructions of a height of up to 10 meters have been permitted on it. The plot is located about 270 meters away from the sea shore, which is rocky and rich in underwater caves particularly fit for diving. There is a large 8 kilometers long sandy beach 6 kilometers away from the plot.
The seawater in the region is clear and clean, offering great opportunities for fishing. You can also enjoy freshwater fishing visiting the lakes of Shabla and Durankulak which are situated nearby. As a natural point of interest, there is also the Muddy Lake of Shabla, the largest of its kind in all of Bulgaria, having positive healing effects upon the locomotive organs and the heart.
The town of Kavarna, also known as the rock capital of Bulgaria, is only 25 kilometers away. Every summer, numerous world-famous rock musicians come to play there and please its visitors.
In Balchik, a town located approximately 50 kilometers away from the plot, breathtaking botanical gardens are to be found, as well as the famous spa of Albena. Halfway from Kavarna to Balchik there is also an easily accessible golf course.
The city of Varna, at about 80 kilometers from the plot, has a charming city centre, many beaches and an international airport. It is the third largest city in the country being called the maritime capital of Bulgaria. There are many exciting sights to visit such as the dolphinarium, planetarium, the city aquarium and many others.
At a distance of approximately 15 kilometers, the spa resort of Rusalka is located, being a very attractive place to visit with its beautiful rocky seaside.
The village of Tyullenovo is a very calm low-populated place where you can enjoy lovely moments in a peaceful countryside.
Cape Kaliakra - a cape running the farthest into the sea is located only about 25 kilometers away from Tyullenovo offering spectacular views of the open sea.
The weather in the area is fit for tourism, during the summer period it is rich in sunny days, although in winter there are a lot of them, too. In the winter, the place attracts numerous fans of hunting from various countries.
